* "Yoridori ME DREAM" is wordplay for "Yoridori Midori" (選り取り見取り; being able to choose one's own choice). The title is pronounced as in its wordplay
* [1] - The phrase "Momo kuri sannen kaki hachinen" literally means "planted peach and chestnut seeds take three years (to bear fruit), persimmons take eight", and is a proverb meaning "it often takes time for one's actions to bear fruit"
* [2] - The sound of a typical school bell in Japan. Also, "kinkonkankon" is wordplay with the word kinkan (kumquat) sung after
* [3] - Usually the word would be meromero (head over heals/madly in love), but melon is used instead for wordplay
* [4] - More wordplay. The phrase here is 一期一会 (ichigoichie) but the kanji used is 苺一会. The reading is the same, but the first kanji reads "strawberry"
* [5] - More fruit wordplay. たくさん means "many/a lot", but さくらんぼ (cherry) has been added to the end
* [6] - More fruit wordplay. Budokan is a famous indoor arena. Though the reading is the same, the kanji has been changed to 葡萄館 (Grape Hall)
* [7] - More fruit wordplay. This one was easier to make a pun in English. Pineapple + pool = pineapool.
* [8] - More fruit wordplay. がんばる (do my best) has had りんご (apple) added to the end of it.
* [9] - More fruit wordplay. スカッと (pleasantly) has been given an extra マ at the beginning to make it マスカッと (muscat). Likewise, 梨 (nashi) means "pear" but has the same reading as なし (none/no)
* [10] - More fruit wordplay. 枇杷 (biwa) means "loquat". Here, they stretched it into 旅は (tabi wa)
* [11] - More fruit wordplay. いちじく (fig) becomes 一字一句 (ichijiikku), while 柚子 (yuzu) becomes the first part of the word ゆずれない (to not yield/surrender/give up)
